He was born and raised in McKinney, Texas and has seen this area transform like nowhere else in the country. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising.
Aside from real estate, Koby is also the President/Founder of Hoctane Rally, a national road rally brand where exotic cars drive from one destination to another. He plans out the entire event by pre-driving a curated route between multiple cities and picking out the best restaurants and hotels for his guests to enjoy. He loves sports cars, working out, and watching college football.
