What We Expect From You
- We expect you to be honest in all things and let us know if your needs and or financial situation changes.
- We expect you to be available to look at homes and let us know when you go out of town.
- If you are interested in seeing new construction, an open house, or a for sale by owner (FSBO), call us before you go because there is a good chance we already have a relationship with the builder/developer, toured the home, or previously made contact with the seller.
- If you see an ad, sign, or information on the internet about a property call us so we can make sure the information is correct and the home is available to be seen.
- We expect you to be loyal to us as we are to you
- If we meet or exceed your expectations we would greatly appreciate it if you would refer us to your friends, family or colleagues. We would love to know their names and good telephone number or email to reach out to.
