Fairview is a small town located between McKinney and Allen on the east side of Highway 75. This town is a wonderful place to live, shop and eat; one thing you need to keep in mind is where your kids will be zoned for school. Most of the area is zoned for Lovejoy ISD, but some areas are zoned for McKinney ISD.

The Village in Fairview/Allen is split by Stacy Road; the north side is the Fairview side and is continuing to grow north towards Highway 121 on the East side of 75. This shopping center has many popular restaurants like Gloria's, Cafe Gecko, and Boomer Jacks. This development has the big 3 department stores Dillard's, JCPenny, and Macy's. Many people drive from McKinney and Allen to enjoy shopping at Whole Foods and The Container Store.
Fairview has all of the wonderful amenities you would ever need; it's calmer, less traffic, and your home most likely sits on a bigger lot. This area shifted from rural farmland to a luxury spaced-out community.
