A Competitive Market Analysis is an estimate of a homes price based on recently sold or similar properties in the immediate area. Our team will look at recently sold properties in our MLS system to get a better understanding at what your property is valued at, or give you a better estimate at what you could list your property for. Looking at Zillow, or Realtor.com estimates is not a precise number and can often be thousands of dollars off.
For each comparable (3-5 homes) we will include: The address, a description of the property (elevation, floor plan, bedrooms/bathrooms), the sales price, the square footage, dollar adjustments for any differences, the adjusted sold price per square foot, and a reasonable price range for your property.
