Adriatica is on the west side of town and probably one of the most photographed places in Texas. It often leaves you sitting there thinking, am I really in Texas? This beautiful development is a modern recreation of a Croatian village; many lucky people get to call this place home and wake up each day feeling like they are in a different country.
Many of you have heard that "Football is King" in Texas and it's certainly a way of life here in North Texas. It often feels like cities and school districts are competing to see who has the biggest high school football stadium, but I can assure you this is something your kids and or grandkids will never forget playing in. This $70 million dollar stadium is shared between all 3 high schools, has an event center and hosts the D2 National Championship game.
TPC Craig Ranch off of Highway 121 is proud to host the AT&T Byron Nelson. The golf course is well received by many PGA Tour Players and members of this course. Developer David Craig has done an incredible job of building a world-class golf course in McKinney. This area is growing quickly with beautiful new homes, retail, and new corporate headquarters for many; it's hard to believe 20 years ago this was barren land and 121 was just a two-lane road.
In May of 2015 Tupps Brewery opened their doors in McKinney, Texas. Founder, Keith Lewis, started brewing beer in his garage and now Tupps is all over the lone star state! Tupps will be opening a new location near the Cotton Mill in early 2023.
